Error message

Hi everyone,

When I try to open Videora Convertor I get an error message that it has encountered a problem and needs to close and it doesn't open. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Does it have any more detail? or does it just say 'a problem'?

Are you using the latest version (2.18)?
Does it happen with every video you try?

I don't think he even gets to try a conversion. Sounds like he's saying the program dumps as soon as he loads it.
