Encoding Queue

I'm rather surprised that no one has mentioned this problem yet, but when a number of of videos are queued up to be encoded, only the last video in the queue is actually encoded, while the others only "appear" to be encoded ie. a video file and the thumbnail pic is created, but the size of the file is actually 0 kb, so it doesn't actually play...

anyone else experience this problem...
