failure to convert files to itunes

i have read what you suggested to do in this case but the conversion is halted after 3 seconds. i don't get it. i even did what you said about a new folder. it says something about not support the output!??

i tried to copy the console but it won't allow me to. i have converted other files but for some reason i can't do this one or one other.

If it's a 2-3 second transcode, the console log should clearly state the error.

Use Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V to copy/paste the console log if you'd like additional feedback on it.
