can somebody please help me

hi, i downloaded a .mov file i want to put on my iPod. i converted it using the software i downloaded from videora. when i try to put it on my iPod i get the stupid message, the file was not copied to the iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod. Is there anybody that can tell me what im doing wrong? I have some other videos from the same concert that converted fine so i dont know whats going on. Thanks.
