Hi,
I converted a music video just then, plays fine in Quicktime, adds fine to iTunes - will not sync to iPod. I have a 5.5G.
Again, I searched the forum and nothing turned over any results. Here are my settings.
VIDEO
Codec: h.264
Bitrate: 640kbs
Height: 320 pixels
Width: 240 pixels
Framerate: 29.97
Audio
Codec: AAC-LC
Bitrate: 128kbs
Channels: Stereo
Cheers.

Thanks for your help thus far.

[h264 @ 009C3820]width or height not divisible by 16 (320x246), compression will suffer.
Try turning off AutoResize and using 320x240

Sketch, out of curiosity, could you open that zip file? I can't.

It seems that iTunes is very picky about the resolution of video encoded at Level 1.3. Looks like the video width must be <= 320 and the height must be <= 240 before iTunes will let you import the video.
The AutoResize algorithm should have been taking care of this but clearly there was a bug in it as Joe91's video ended up at 320x246. We have updated the algorithm in version 2.19 to fix this issue.

Yeah, I handled it without a problem.

Yeah, I handled it without a problem.
What version of winzip are you using? I can't open it with 7.0.

I got Winzip 10 at the office and use 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) at home.
