What is the max bitrate supported by 3.30? I thought it was 768 kbps, but I successfully encoded a VOB file (an episode of "Extras") at 1024 kbps and 3072 kbps, and both played fine. However, when I tried encoding feature-length movies at these higher bitrates, they encode fine but cannot play on the PSP. So I was just wondering what the problem is...

Maybe it's the total filesize orso.
1500 kpbs worked in FW 2.60+ so that should be fine. And it's more than enough for videos in that resolution when using 2pass.

I've done 3072 before and it will play just fine. IMO, that's way too high for most movies... for anime, that's really overkill.

The ones that don't work, what error are are you getting or more specific, what is telling you that you cannot play it?
