help-process doesnt start....

The conversion process does not start.
everytime i try to change the priority of the videos being converted i get this message and the application shuts down.. I'm trying to convert avi videos to an ipod format. help!

You're using the latest version?
Everything look fine until you click 'Start'?
This crash happens with every video?

If the answer to all three is yes, go to update.microsoft.com, press the Custom button, and install any updated that say .NET
