Splitting files for better viewing.

A great feature would be to be able to split the movie into X Minute parts. If you watch a movie and have to stop, you dont have the possiblity to restart at that position :P But with the posibllity to to have 5minute pieces...you could just go to piece Number 5 :) And continue your movie...

maybe this is a possiblity for one of the next releases....

I love the Video 9 finally a fast and easy way for me to watch episodes on TV without having to convert divx to mpeg and burn VCDs :)

Well, as far as breaking the videos up into smaller files, this seems really tedius for a large movie file that is over 2hrs in length, and it also seems pointless for shows that are less than 30mins. If this is really what you are after though, try downloading a separate program to chop the video up yourself before you convert the parts. The thing about having to stop, well that's obviously a fault of the built in video player in the wii. As we know, it wasn't really created with the intent of watching a ton of multimedia videos on.

personally, I pray every night that nintendo has the presence of mind to know how many of us actually want a dedicated video channel.
