This alway's happen's when i try to convert a video, how do i fix it?

Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
You'll see accounts that say Administrator, your account is probably not one of them. You'll have to set it up so you are. You should be able to figure that out, or whoever your Administrator is should be able to.

See post 7 above, by Midiman. You need to have Administrator rights. You may be on a shared computer, so talk to whoever set up your computer and tell them your user account needs Administrator rights.
