Video Add-Ins?

I am currently working on Decrypting Grandma's Boy to my iPod, I select the settings and audio preferences via decrypter; however, when I finish the movie through Videora and play it on iTunes or my iPod, the video contains nothing but commentary rather than audio. How do I go about fixing this? Also, when it comes to wide-screen vs. full screen -- how can I fix that? Thanks a lot.

PS: I forgot to ask, is it normal if the videos convert to itunes or iPod in several different segments? For example: The movie will contain 5 different sections and all be around 25 to 30 minutes long, can I make it one movie file?

Thanks for the example, it'll make things a lot easier, I only have one question... The diagrams are obviously in a different version of videora, the one I am using does not have "transcode video" -- is there an equivalent?
