There is sometimes a problem with converting mono audio sources to stereo. You should try changing the audio options in the profile you're using to mono.

ive tried this one.. i saw this in one of the threads that ive been to.

Go to Settings -> Converter

Select the Profile: H.264 QVGA 768kbps Stereo/128kbps

click Edit Profile

Click on Audio tab

change Channels to Mono
and Sample Rate to 44100 (just to be sure)

but it didt work too..

Hmm... yeah. FLV has been touch and go too. I see the source file has an odd framerate (29.92). The closest legal spec would be 29.97. You might try changing the framerate. I would still leave the audio set to mono.

You ALSO have an odd resolution going on: 320x239. I would definitely change that to 320x240.

H.264 requires your input video be divisible by 2. In your profile Disable AutoResize, set Width and Height to 320 and 240, Disable AutoFramerate, and set Framerate to 29.97 as Midiman said.
