ipod (not I tunes) problem

I can convert just fine, (great software once you configure correctly), The movie file is in itunes and I can watch it from there just fine. However when I try to load onto the ipod it gives an error message that it did not load onto the ipod because it won't play on the ipod. All the other files of the same movie loaded onto the ipod? I even deleted the file and converted it again, same problem. What to do?:confused:

First, you should only be converting one file if you follow the first 6 steps here... that should help you a bit:

Second, can you post a console log of the conversion that doesn't import? (see instructions below)
