I have loaded several files of movies to itunes and then to my ipod. One file won't load and gives an error message that it wasn't copied because it won't play on my ipod. I don't get it because I was load three other files from the same movie and 6 others at the same time. I have tried deleting and re converting and also disabled auto resize, same problem, HELP!

It's having a problem with the Audio from the source file:
Stream #0.1: Audio: aac, 48000 Hz, stereo, 0 kb/s
Never seen this, it's sending the correct flags to FFMPEG:
-acodec aac -ac 2 -ab 128

You shouldn't be converting more than 1 VOB for a movie, see steps 1-6 here:
http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/guides.html
Maybe you can just redo it and make one large video file.

Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is to use AVS Maker (below) and follow the instructions for converting a DVD. There may be an easier way, though.
