Videora works great. I don't know if the problem is with the RIP process or conversion process. I am converting my copy of The Forgotten and can't seem to get rid of the audio track that is overlayed with the director and screen writers comments. I've tried several settings but always end up with the "directors" dialog over the top of the movie audio. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I use DVD Decryptor to RIP.

Follow the steps here to rip your DVD:

Thanks for the response. I have followed the guide and selected the first video file only along with the 6ch English as the only two with check marks. When I rip with DVD Shrink and then play the video the directors comments are gone but when I use the same file to convert for my ipod the directors comments are back. A mystery.

There wasn't anything in that guide about ripping with DVD Shrink.

I should have explained better. I have done as the guide says and selected the first video file and the 6ch English ONLY. That didn't work as I ended up with the directors voice over on top of the movie dialog. I then tried doing it over with the 2ch english, same result. I then tried using DVD Shrink. The directors voice over was gone but magically came back when I used the DVD Shrink file to convert to mpeg 4. In conclusion I have tried 3 times to RIP (twice with decryter, once with DVD Shrink) and in each case the final mpeg 4 ipod file has the directors voice over.

I'd need to see a log.
