Was wondering if there's anyway to address the lack of subs with mkv? There's obviously an issue with the PS3 and softsubs and I'd be very appreciative if anyone could provide support.

I'm gonna have to get around and give MKV a try. I think I know what's gonna happen though.
For MKVs, I usually just demux the audio, video, and subitiles. From there I just use Virtual Dub to put them back together as AVI. That can be found in videohelp.com. Ya, it sucks doing it that way.
