Error while opening codec for output stream #0.1
Stream#0.1 is an ac3 audio stream. It probably has something to do with just audio. Since it says it can't open the codec...I wonder if you you need a Direct Show filter(like ffdshow).
Any other ideas?

Yeah. Your problem is withj the audio. You have 3 audio streams and none of them are reporting the proper number of channels, bit rate or sample rate. You should rerip the DVD and eliminate the nonessential audio streams.

You selected more than 1 audio stream. And it seems there's a problem with the streams anyway. Try decrypting again with steps 1-6 in this guide:
