Problem downloading 2.19

I tried to download 2.19. I get an error message that it couldn't write the file, I think . andf then it asks to retry, abort, or ignore. when i ignore it seems that it loads and starts. but when i check my version it still says 2.11. what to do.

Did you INSTALL the 2.19 version?

ok. I download the file ok. When I go to INSTALL it goes thru all the ususal stuff, Language, acceptance of terms ,etc. Then it immeciatley comes back with an error message stating: Error opening file for writing
C:\ Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter\RK Video Converter.exe
It then asks to retry, skip, or abort. retry justs loops it back around. abort stops everything and skip seems to let it got thru but when I check the version is still says 2.11. What to do?

You still have v2.11 open. You need to exit the program before you can install it.

loaded ok now. However still not getting dvd decrtypter to wrok right now. Works ok if I split a movie into seperate files, if I try into one file it says not enough disk space, after 65-85% done. I have @120GB of free space. Should be more than enough.What to do.

What OS are you running? If you don't have an NTFS file system, you can't write single files bigger than 2G. You'll need to be running Windows 2000/XP/Vista. Windows 95/98 won't cut it.
