Unless your wireless is unprotected (shame on you), it shouldn't be neccesary to block IPs.

Yes, it IS possible. Is it easy? Well....
In linux you have a few "hosts" files that you can define connections by IP, service and port, basically building a highly tunable firewall with a simple text editor. Mac, being based on BSD, should have similar provisions. Windows will require something like this perhaps:

although I haven't tried it myself yet. Google around for "iptables for windows" for similar results and how about posting here if you find something that works?

This is not currently possible.
Will it be, in the future? Or perhaps a feature limiting or disabling access to anything but a shared documents folder? I'm a little leery about somebody browsing through my hard drive.

If you are using Windows, you could download Zone Alarm, and limit port 8192 incoming access to only a specific IP, or possibly even a specific MAC address (not sure about the MAC address, I haven't used windows in a while ;-) )
