Cannot connect during installation help!

I run the Installation file for the Red Kawa Server (Amazing by the way!) but once the first procedure starts, it tries to connect to a java server or something, but then it doesnt connect, ive tried it several times during the day and night but it wont help..

Any ideas? Server moved? Please help, thanks in advance!:)
