I've pretty much been able to get all aspect ratio movies to save correctly, 2:35, 1.78, etc I always save for the maximum horizontal, or maximum vertical resolution I can while still preserving the aspect ratio on the psp. This means that I do have to add padding, but I've figured that out.
However, what is broken, is that when the thumbnails are saved, they are stretched to fit the required 160 x 120 image. What should happen is that it should save a thumbnail that also has padding and preserves the aspect ratio of the movie being converted.
