bad public movie atom

please help me, i keep trying to convert these you tube video flv's to mpeg4's for my ipod. after it converts the file it tries to add it to itunes but says it cant and itunes freaks out on me.

i've tried watching the video from it's converted folder but an error message pops up saying

"Error - 2002: a bad public movie atom was found in the movie"

can anyone help me????:confused:
