Here's what happens. i convert the chosen video using my personal encoder which is supposed to make great videos but they don't play when on itunes and also are only about 35mb or so. also here is the console

Try moving the source video and the place you create converted videos out of the C:\users area. What did you rip the file with? I guess I'm wondering why you have a 25 minute VOB file #2.

i ripped i dvd using dvd shrink

don't worry no file sharing

You should rip it with DVD Decrypter and disable file splitting so you end up with a single file containing the whole movie. DVD Shrink, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't decrypt DVDs.
