You could have lots of problems.

1) You may not have administrative rights to create files in the Documents and Setting Folder. Try moving the files you want converted out of there and create the mp4 file out of there too.

2) Your file name is 93 characters long and contains 7 periods, pound signs and other questionable characters. Try renaming it "myvideo.wmv".

3) It's Windows Media. Not much you can do about that but it may be in one of many different formats that could cause trouble all by itself. You won't know until you fix the first two things.

How do I do that? Put it in the My Computer folder?

Make a folder anywhere on the C: drive.

Don't worry anymore. It got the whole video converted and it is playing on my ipod. I used the Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 to do it.
