hey guys, recently ive had no problems when using videora ipod converter and itunes, but now when im trying to convert a movie it gives this message

your video could not be converted due to a bad bitrate, framerate or resolution setting, please see the troubleshooting section....

help please.....

Your VOB file has two audio streams in it. You should rip the DVD with only one:

Stream #0.1[0x80]: Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, 5:1, 448 kb/s

I downloaded the ipod convert, but when i converted a video, it opned a windows saying that my converted video could not be added on my space
what do I do:
