Hello, I'd like Video 9 to be able to convert all sizes/formats, instead of separate versions for PSP, or iPod, or PS3, etc. Is this in the cards? A purchasable one that did it all would be fine by me.

Maybe, since most of the devices out there support MP4. I don't know anyone who has all of them and can take a single video file and play them on each device.
Part of the thing you'll run into, assuming that this can be pulled off, is the resolution. While it may work on a ipod or psp, it will also work on the ps3 but you won't like it becaues the resolution is too small or it could be the other way around, it works on a PS3 but won't work on a PSP or Ipod. So you end up having to retranscode to a resolution that will work.
This is the only barrier i can see that you will run into.
