This log was while using the video wizard to convert. I'm hoping someone can suggest a better way to convert and that it's not a problem with the file. The video plays perfectly in Windows Media Player. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can provide.

Some formats of Windows Media encoded video continue to be a problem.

So...there's nothing I can try?

You might try an avisynth profile. That would entail leaving the video wizard behind and getting your hands dirty.

I'd also be interested in what this utility has to say:

http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

It will tell you what video and audio codecs were used to create the file and whether you have them installed on your system.

I'm keen. Where would I start? Thanks for your help by the way.

If your video plays in Windows Media Player, go to Convert -> Current Conversion in Videora and click Convert Video. Then when selecting a profile, make sure it has the work AVISynth in it.

If that doesn't work, post a log of that conversion.

Can you open this file and play it in Windows Media Player? How does it work?
C:\Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter\Videos\iPod\H264\full3.avs

I can't open it because Videora deletes that file. See last 3 lines of above log.

You can try using AVS Maker (below). It should convert fine if you can Preview it correctly. Instructions are in the help file.

I added the SLD codec pack and latest version of AVISynth. Now I can preview all movies in AVS Maker, but when I create the AVS file and open it in Videora, it stops halfway through encoding and gives me the same "the file could not be added to your iTunes folder..." error.
