External AVISynth ?

Hi,

I did not install the AVISynth provided, since I always have an up-to-date version installed anyway. Now I would like to use that installation. I see nowehre a path preferences or so.

How can I setup an external AVISynth ?
Or does it read AVISynth's location from the Registry ?

When testing to use it yesterday all I got was an error message rendered into a blank video file.

Could maybe one of the developers answer this ?

Noone who uses an external AVISynth ?
