First off one other problem i have is i do not know how to find my error log for this so i cant supply you with that. the video will add to my itunes library but will not be put on my ipod.i've heard that this is a resolution issue but i dont know how to fix that. please help!

To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
2. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
3. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
4. Go back to the "Console" tab
5. Copy the console log (highlight text, use CTL-C) up until the lines where it starts saying "frame=..."
6. Paste the text into a message here using CTL-V

HOW TO CHANGE RESOLUTION:
Go to settings
Select the profile you want to use/edit
Click the Edit Profile button
Click the Video tab in the Edit Profile window that opens
Enter the width and height you want in the resolution section
Make sure the Enabled button is unchecked in the AutoResize section
Click OK to close the Edit Profile window
Click the Convert tab on the main Videora window
Select the video you want to convert
Select the profile you just edited
Convert away....

Well.... i tried to change the resolution to 320x240 but that didnt work. the .wmv file that i converted earlier was able to transfer just fine but the other .avi file fails to cooperate. heres the log...

Try one of the profiles that ends with "AviSynth"

Just for giggles, try changing the sample rate to 48000khz

Also try using AVS Maker (below). Seems to work for some trouble files. Instructions are in the help file.
