Ive tried to put a few epsidoes of scrubs on to my itunes library only the first one i tried only converted half the file i wanted and the second one refused to be put into itunes. I checked both files and they appear to be fine in terms of quality and there is nothing obviously wrong with them. The second of the two converted and then said it wouldnt go into itunes. I was raged that i had spent all that time converting the file and then it wouldnt go on. I have to spend nearly 20hrs on a bus in two journyes so if someone could help ASAP that would be awesome, if not I will be so so bored on that bus journey! thanks

p.s. do you have any idea why the converter might not have converted a complete file when I tried one. I tried it more than once and it keeps only converting to the same point every time??

I tried a different episode and this has worked ok. But I would still like to know what is going on with this episode just in case it happens with another file. I used the Avisynth profile because that is what you told others to do. But still if you could get back to me about this one would be great

Only in this case, you want to resize to 320x240.

If it converts to the same point, it is very likely there is an error in your source file. You could simply try an AVISynth profile - that might make it skip right over the error.

To use an AVISynth profile, DO NOT use the Video Wizard. Instead, click on the "Current Conversion" tab. Then Convert Video. Then select a profile ending in AVISynth.

Alternatively, you can try using AVS Maker (below). It should convert fine if it Previews fine. Instructions for use are in the help file.
