conversion problems

hey guys recently I have been experiencing problems with itunes, once I have converted a file using the videora ipod converter the file is then added to itunes, normally I would just copy the file into my playlist, but this does not work any more and now I find myself having to convert the video again whilst in itunes.
as you can appreciate this takes ages, any ideas guys?
