Problems with some videos...

I ripped 5 videos the other day; each to a single vob file. They all play fine in the VLC media player. However only two converted correctly using the 720p without audio issues. One didn't have any audio, and the other two are off by about 2 seconds (it looks like it is a consisent 2 seconds). I can also open them with an AVS maker and they are working fine with 0 audio delay. All of them have great video quality at a lower 2500 bitrate. Not sure what is going. Any ideas?

I have similar problems with dvr-ms files from recorded tv shows on my Media Center PC. I use Nero to convert them to .mpg and then convert using Videora. This then works fine.

Sorry I can't offer a direct fix.
