Creating a Profile for the Zune?

Before I would just do it the hard way, use Videora to convert to whatever settings it was, then import in into my Zune library, and let it convert on it's own to WMV, but it's a lengthy process. I tried using Xilisoft, but it does not crop correctly (16:9 becomes 4:3) and the file size goes from a original 300 MB H.264 to a whopping 881 MB WMV

So is there any way to add/create a specific WMV profile on Videora to be compatible with the Zune or no dice?

ViC is a converter for iPods. iPods don't play wmv files.

Videora uses FFMPEG which cannot produce wmv output...
