Does the 'auto' frame rate feature (on by default) not replicate the fps of the original convert after down-converting from DVD res to 480x272, referring again to they default profiles provided with v2.17?
PSP 2.17 Beta - noticing twitching' of frames as if the actual frame rate is 1/2 or more of the fps of the original content. Most noticeable during action sequences (as one would expect).
This is different behavior than that observed using PSPvideo9 v1.x (forced frame rate of 24fps for this particular piece of content.
How can I force replication of the original frame rate at the lower res? If that is what is happening, why am I seeing such odd frame rate artifacts (observed using Quicktime, VLC and the PSP).
