My friend sent me a SNL SKETCH that i would like to convert to my ipod. (Its a Mpeg4 file)
But when i try to convert it doesnt even give me the option to even try to convert it.
So i tried to use avisynth code you have at the FAQ thread but when i try to convert it converts it 5 sec and leaves a 10 sec DirectShowSource thing in my itunes that read file cant be found

If it's already an mpeg4 file, you might try iTunes built in conversion function.
