We need to see a log
To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
2. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
3. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
4. Go back to the "Console" tab
5. Copy the console log (highlight text, use CTL-C) up until the lines where it starts saying "frame=..."
6. Paste the text into a message here using CTL-V

Usually that means that input file is truncated and/or corrupted.

For starters, your file name contains a bunch of characters that are causing problems. I recommend renaming it something very simple: video.avi
Second, you're using Windows Vista. I wouldn't store anything inside it's default user area on your hard drive. Create a folder or two on the C: drive to hold your source and converted files.
