Can see files, but says can't find

Please help, I set up my folders and everything, but I get an error saying "(The system cannot find the file specified)" I can see the files, just can't play them. Also, when converting, what are good settings to use? I don't need high quality, just good quality.

K, Nobody can help me out? I am using a linksys router (WRT54G) with WEP enabled, I have changed my start directory to "E:\MyShows", and I have added "E:\Myshows" to the approved list. When I run Red Kawa, I can see the files in the folder, but I get a 404 error when I click on them. I also get a 404 error from my computer as well as on the PS3. Can anyone please help me?

Ok, Well I figured it out. Apparently, you MUST HAVE your folder on the C: drive, any other drive and you will get errors.... Amazing nobody could have answered that for me..
