You've probably going to want to try an AviSynth profile or may want to use AVS Maker.

Some wmv formats have been problematic.

First, When you Preview your source video in AVS Maker, does it play all the way through? (There are no errors?)

Second:
Output #0, mp4, to 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Converted Videos\iPod\H264\Warhammer Cinematic.mp4':
Stream #0.0: Video: h264, yuv420p, 1280x720, q=2-31, pass 1, 768 kb/s, 29.97 fps(c)
You have to resize to an iPod compatible size in AVS Maker (it's at the bottom left). It usually will do this automatically, but it must be having a problem with your file.
Set Output Resolution to 320 x 180 in AVS Maker, Save AVS again, and reconvert with that. These instructions can also be found in the help file.

Post a conversion of that log if you still have problems (I'll want to make sure you did everything correctly). Also post the contents of the AVS file you saved (open it in Notepad)
