1) Don't create or store any files inside Documents and Settings

2) You have an MKV file with two audio streams... simply fixing the above problem MAY not help in your case but it's a good idea to follow that advice regardless.

I mean don't store anything in there. It's been a constant problem for many users and operating systems.
