Running into this issue quite a bit, where I'll convert a whole season of a show, but 2 or 3 of the episodes get the dreaded "[name of file] was not copied to the ipod [my ipod] because it cannot be played on this computer." Here's a log of one of the three files I couldn't convert from Season One of Good Eats. There are files with longer filenames than this one that converted fine, so I'm guessing that's not the problem.
