Can't convert.. it freezes

I'm converting Sin City to my ipod, but it always just freezes after a couple of seconds, I don't know what to do... the program worked fine with other two movies, no problems. But here, the time left goes down for a couple of seconds, and freezes at around 1:40. Any suggestions?

there's no error messages or anything...
I use xp.
It's a legit dvd, I decoded it, it worked fine, nothing different from other movies I used.... OH, I DID have to abort the first time I ran it, cause I forgot to title it... could that be it? if so, how do I fix it?

What did you "decode" it with? Please post a log of the ViC conversion.

To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
2. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
3. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
4. Go back to the "Console" tab
5. Copy the console log (highlight text, use CTL-C) up until the lines where it starts saying "frame=..."
6. Paste the text into a message here using CTL-V
