cant play movies on my psp

i ave tried all ways to put movies on to my psp but none of them work.the files are showing on the memory stick but not in the psp video folder.i ave upgraded to 3.50 is there any one out there who can help me with this problem?lajam

In the root of the PSP there needs to be a folder called MP_ROOT and in that is another folder called 100MNV01 this is where all the files should be. you then access then via the "memory stick " option on the PSP. This is how it was on the old version anyway i assume it is the same, although I am just decrypting my first dvd.

i am new to all this i dont know wat the root is.i just tried that and it dont work.

looks like it may be different on this version of the software, i just copied an video over. once i transcoded the video i clikc on Library and copy to device and it does indeed place the video in the video folder on the PSP, the root is basically the first set of directories and folders you see when you look at the PSP on your computer

ive tried that but that dont work.i even tried sonys own video clips & they wont go on 2 ths psp.
