I get this error report when trying to run a converter with version 2.23 or 2.24:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : rkvideoconverter.exe P2 : 2.24.0.0
P3 : 466ebf88 P4 : rkvideoconverter P5 : 2.24.0.0 P6 : 466ebf88
P7 : 10e P8 : 0 P9 : system.nullreferenceexception
Am I the only one not being able to run the latest versions?
I can run every version up to 'Wii Video 9 2.22' but not 'PSP Video 9 2.24' or 'Videora Xbox360 Converter 2.23'.

no I don't have any errors like that, though 2.24 did just come out. Give that a try?

I also get a problem when trying to startup 2.24:
"Videora Converter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

I uninstalled the program and then re-installed it. Everything appears to be ok now.

I am getting the exact same error. It started with xbox360 2.23. I had to downgrade to the last ps3 2.22? version to get it to work. Re-installiing does not seem to help.

That solved it for me.
Previously I had simply installed the new version over the old.
But when I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it it works :-)

I just uninstalled everything and now it works.
The only thing is now I only have settings for the psp. Is there away to activate the ps3 settings? If I install the ps3 version it starts crashing again.

For the record, I have the same exact problem, except uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work for me. I'm trying to load converters for PSP, XBox, and iPod concurrently, and the only way I got this working was by loading iPod v2.19 last.

Same thing here. Until now, the only way to keep PS3 and PSP settings at the same time was to install the new version over the other. But with 2.24 over 2.21 just does not work.
One or the other is fine, but this means it is impossible to keep both profiles...

There's definitely something up with this version -- I installed 2.24 on a second machine and got the same problems. And even my first one with 2.19 loaded last doesn't work properly, some conversions never start after I hit Start. I've got a third old/slow computer with 2.17 and it's the only one working.
