Doesnt Work At All

Ok so I try and install this program and the install seems to go ok. Then when I click on the desktop icon or the app file where it installed it says that the converter has stopped working and windows is searching for a solution to the problem. Ive tried reinstalling it like ten times with the same problem. I did not have any problems with the previous version that I now cannot find. Another problem with the new version is it converts the video but I cant find the converted files anywhere on my computer. Any ideas?

Ive had this issue also under Windows Vista Ultimate Edition (x64)

The program appears to be loading for about four seconds, then windows reports that it has stopped responding, ive tried reinstalling several times, tried reinstalling .net framework, tried different modes of Compatability all yielding the same error, its probably a compatibility issue with Vista, and you should run it on XP like i have been.

if you run it under adminstartor it should work as i been useing it on vista ultmate x64 bit verson

no it still crashes then, i've tried running it as administrator.

then you have something rong with your computer as it works fine for me oh make sure its installed in the x86 programs folder

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Kawa\Video Converter" is where it is installed, everything installed as normal, may just have to do with different hardware combinations and software combinations.
