Why can't I even INSTALL???

Hi, I just bought this through a person who has resell rights, and I download it, and I go to install and it gives me a message saying:

Download failed: resolving hostname

This is for version 2.25

Please help!

:rolleyes: :o Got it installed finally... I tried it again to day and I guess it was my firewall or something cause I shut down all my programs and it finally installed. Course it was the last thing I tried.... typical...:rolleyes: :o
