My film is converted but wont go to itunes

i realise this has been said before but i dont understand. if you can give me an easy fix way to sort this i would be very pleased

For starters... I never recommend anyone create there converted videos in C:\Documents and Settings.

What happens when you try and play the video in quicktime and what operating system are you using?

He's using XP SP2.

It wont play in quicktime, it says it is a file quicktime can't read.....i have a copy of the file in H.264 and another inMPEG-4 but neither will go into itunes
