lately, videora hasn't been converting my videos. it converts it about a quarter to half way, and then stops.
What's going on and how do I fix it?

No clue. Posting a console log would help us see what's going on.

Don't use Videowizard.
Get the input video out of Documents and Setting and move it to something like C:\Movies.
When selecting a profile for non-DVD videos, choose a profile that says 'AVISynth' in it.
Turn off autoresize in your profile and set it to 320x176.
