What video file types does the Wii Media Center X see?

I've tried putting the AVIs that Red Kawa Video 9 generates and Wii compatible QuickTime videos in the appropriate directory but the video files do not show up in the Media Center Video page.

Thanks

they need to be converted to Flv format, which can be done using this program found here (http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/wiivideo9/)

Aaaand, if you want a stand alone player to watch FLV's on your computer, you can pick up FLV Player here (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WEB-Design/Flash/FLV-Player.shtml).

On a side note, I think that YouTube videos are in FLV format... or at least they are when I get them with VideoDownloader on Firefox.

Aaaaaaand, if you dont have firefox or video grabbing software, check out this site (http://http://max.subfighter.com/flv/downloader.php) It allows you to download flv files just by providing the url
