conversions not working!

ok so i installed videora xbox converter bcuz i want to convert avi files to play on my xbox, but every conversion i've attempted has not worked or shown up on my xbox. all the conversions are 0KB which confuses me and i've tried every possible profile and wmp wont play the converted files, neither will quicktime (something about the codec). so basically, this isn't working and i dont understand why...
can anyone help me?
