AVI File Unable to add to iTunes

Hi, I'm fairly new to this program and up until now it has worked fine (most of the time anyways). Now for some reason this DVD just won't add to iTunes. I did try it a few days ago as well and it was able to add it to iTunes, but it wouldn't show up on my iPod. I did check the sticky first and have followed everything mentioned there, but it still won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Instead of using VideoWizard, select a profile, turn off autoresize, and set the dimensions to 320x176. If that doesn't work, post a new console log please.
