Corresponding the wizard to a profile

I like the videora ipod converter wizard, but its painful to use it every time for each video I want to convert. So I want to correspond the following wizard setting I think is the best to a profile.
These are the wizard settings:
Setting #1:
Video Format: Old
Video Size: iPod
Video Quality: High
Enhance Quality: Off
Audio Quality: Best

Setting #2:
Video Format: Old
Video Size: iPod
Video Quality: Medium
Enhance Quality: Off
Audio Quality: Best

Setting #3:
Video Format: Old
Video Size: iPod
Video Quality: Medium
Enhance Quality: Off
Audio Quality: Medium

All I know is that the profiles start with: MPEG4 QVGA but don't know the corresponding bitrates.
So to which profiles do each of those settings correspond to?

I don't know off-hand, but if you look at a console log all the relevant info will be in the command line. If you want help interpreting it, just post a log from one of your runs (see my sig for instructions).
